THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW BEFORE YOU VISIT-

Your safety and the safety of our employees is very important to us. Please read and obey all park signs and follow all lifeguard instructions at all times.

Our water slides and attractions are interactive and not passive. They require a certain level of physical skill and ability to control ones movements and are not without an assumed risk by the park guest.

GENERAL Ride Restrictions-

Physical Ability: Our rides are not recommended for persons with physical limitations, previous injuries, heart or back problems or pregnant women.

Height Requirement: Most of our rides have a height requirement or limit. To participate on the larger rides you must be at least 48" tall.

To participate on the kiddie areas slides, such as Adventure Bay, the Mini Slides or Buccaneer Landing you must be under 52" in height. 

Weak or Non-Swimmers- All persons with this limitation should obtain a Life Jacket at no charge from Rentals for the day. All weak or non-swimmers should be accompanied by a person who can swim at all times. A $5.00 refundable deposit is required

For the safety and enjoyment of all park guests, the following will be enforced:

• Sorry, we do not allow pets to be brought to the park. We have no facilities to care for them in the Valley heat.

• Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult or guardian over 16 years old.

• No Boom boxes, amplified music or TV sets may be brought into the park.

• No glass containers (including baby food or fishing bait) may be brought into the park.

• No alcoholic beverages may be brought on to park premises.

• No portable BBQ's may be brought into the park.

• No line jumping or cutting is allowed. Violators will be ejected from the park without refund.

• Violation of local, state or federal law will not be tolerated on these premises.

• Dress code and civil behavior is strictly enforced.

• Lost children will be taken to the Mat Station at the bottom of the slide hill. Ask any employee for directions. If you get separated from your child, please go there immediately so we may assist you in re-connecting.
