your event to your complete satisfaction. From
the moment your group arrives, until your departure,
we will be there to make your day worry-free!
At WILD WATER ADVENTURE PARK, we take your group’s
fun seriously. Please read over these polices
to familiarize yourself with our reservation and
advance ticket procedure to make your group’s
visit a complete success.
Policies

Everyone entering the park is considered a guest
of the party including those not wanting to
swim or ride the slides & attractions.

No discounts for party guests who have a season
pass.
Birthday Parties
Group Reservation Procedure
Advance ticket reservations
- Groups
must consist of at least 10 paying members to
qualify for the group rate. Season pass holders
and children 2 & under do not count towards
the 10 person minimum.
- Advance
reservations, at least three days prior to your
event date, are required.
- Tickets
must be paid for in one transaction(ie; credit
card, check or cash)
Whether
you are planning a fun getaway for a large family
or a corporate party for a few thousand, our Group Sales specialists and easy reservation system
make your outing simple to plan. Use the checklist
below to ensure we have all the information needed
to make your group’s visit a success:
Reservation checklist -
- Groups
must be 30 or more paying members. Season pass
holders and children 2 & under do not count
towards the 30 person minimum.
- The
number of infants (age 2 and under) who are
admitted free.
- If
you have chosen our meal option, the number
of total meals needs to match the total number
of admissions. You will need to commit to a
meal guarantee 10 days in advance of your event.

The date of your visit. Please allow enough
time for our Group Sales office to receive your
payment & signed contract and send your
admission packet to you.
- If
you are in need of promotional materials, please
let us know how many posters and/or brochures
you would like.
- Contact
information, including a number where we may
reach you the day of your visit (prior to the
park opening).

If you are arriving on a charter or school bus,
please let our specialist know so that we may
make arrangements.
- An
event booking with a minimum of 30 people is
required in order to obtain a reserved group
site.
Payment Information
To ease your group’s entry into the park,
we require all private parties (birthday’s,
reunions, sport teams, family picnic’s,
anniversaries, etc.) be paid in full prior to
the park’s opening on the day of your scheduled
visit. At the time of your reservation, our Group Sales specialist will ask you to secure your commitment
with a 30 person guaranteed deposit* and will
provide you with a total admission estimate.
*DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
To receive your admission package, please
prepay your admission by either:
1. Mailing your payment to: Wild Water Adventure Park, attn: Group Sales, P.O. Box 1950 Clovis, Ca 93613-1950
2. Visiting the Group Sales office at least 24 hours prior to your visit. One person must pay for the entire group with one complete transaction. Our physical address is 11413 E. Shaw Ave. In Clovis, California..
3. Calling the Group Sales office with a credit
card number.
We accept cash, credit cards (Mastercard, Visa
& Discover), personal checks with proper id
(no less than 10 days in advance) and business
checks.
Private
parties: Upon receipt of your full payment
and signed contract, our specialists will overnight
your group’s admission tickets, receipt
for your purchase, park information and other
applicable items to your designated address (Physical
address only, can not deliver to a P.O. Box).
If your visit date is drawing near, you may also
arrange to pick up your package at Wild Water
Adventure Park.
Businesses: Upon receipt of your
deposit and signed contract, our specialists will
overnight your group’s admission tickets,
receipt for your purchase, park information and
other applicable items to your designated address
(Physical address only, can not deliver to a P.O. Box). If your visit date is drawing near, you may also arrange to pick up your package at Wild Water Adventure Park.

If
you need to add additional group members, you
may do so by visiting the Group Sales office prior
to the park’s opening on the day of your
scheduled event.
Cancellation
and rescheduling
If your groups visit needs to be rescheduled for
a different day, please call us as soon as possible.
For reasons other than inclement weather, you
must call the Group Sales office at 559-297-2740
at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled visit
in order to make the change. If you cancel your
reservation or your group does not show, you will
forfeit your deposit.
2008 Consignment Ticket Program

When your organization participates in WILD WATER
ADVENTURE PARK’s Consignment Ticket Program,
you receive the best individual discount available
every day of the season with only one restriction
(Not Valid on July 4th).There is no up-front cost
to your organization as you can choose to pay
monthly or at the end of the season.
You
may add a handling charge to the ticket price;
however, your price, including the handling charge,
cannot exceed the regular gate price. The all-day
admission tickets allow use of all the water attractions
in the park. Children 2 and under are free.
At
your request, a Consignment Ticket Agreement can
be faxed or mailed to you. To join, simply:
- Request
a Consignment Ticket Packet by calling the Group
Sales department at (559) 297-2740
- Complete
and return the Consignment Ticket Agreement
- Receive
initial supply of tickets
- Promote
ticket sales using WILD WATER ADVENTURE PARK
marketing tools (posters, teepee’s and/or
brochures, email blast template)
- If
you run out of tickets, give us a call. In most
cases they will be sitting on your desk by the
next day.
- Remit
payment monthly or at the end of the season
for tickets sold.
- Return
your unsold tickets at the end of the of the
season
